In September 2023, the average metals; platinum, semi-manufactured import price amounted to $32.4M per ton, standing approximately at the previous month. Overall, the import price recorded a pronounced contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in April 2023 when the average import price increased by 46% m-o-m. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $53.5M per ton in September 2022; however, from October 2022 to September 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
