The average import price for petroleum gases and other gaseous hydrocarbonses stood at $749 per ton in 2022, picking up by 7.7% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a deep contraction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 when the average import price increased by 65%. The import price peaked at $1,877 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
