Nigeria (X units) took the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Liberia (X units) and Senegal (X units). All these countries together held approx. X% share of total imports. The following importers - Ghana (X units), Cote d'Ivoire (X units) and Burkina Faso (X units) - together made up X% of total imports.
Guinea was also the fastest-growing in terms of the transporter cranes, gantry cranes and bridge cranes imports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2023. In value terms, Nigeria ($X), Guinea ($X) and Senegal ($X) were the countries with the highest levels of imports in 2023, with a combined X% share of total imports. Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia and Burkina Faso lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.
Burkina Faso, with a CAGR of X%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, among the main importing countries over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2023, the import price in Western Africa amounted to $X per unit, waning by X% against the previous year. In general, the import price recorded a abrupt slump. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2022 an increase of X%. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $X per unit, and then reduced markedly in the following year.
