In December 2022, the average bovine animals; live import price amounted to $1,033 per unit, increasing by 1.8% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2022 when the average import price increased by 33% against the previous month. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $1,283 per unit; afterwards, it flattened through to December 2022.
