Cereal Germ Price in the Netherlands (FOB) - 2023
In June 2023, the average cereal germ export price amounted to $501 per ton, waning by -7.5% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price continues to indicate a perceptible curtailment. The growth pace was the most rapid in August 2022 when the average export price increased by 6.3% month-to-month. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $780 per ton. From September 2022 to June 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Belgium ($535 per ton), while the average price for exports to Germany amounted to $342 per ton.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Belgium (-2.8%).
Cereal Germ Price in the Netherlands (CIF) - 2023
The average cereal germ import price stood at $666 per ton in June 2023, which is down by -6.5% against the previous month. Over the period from June 2022 to June 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.1%.
