In 2022, the average cow peas export price amounted to $394 per ton, rising by 29% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, faced a dramatic decrease. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $4,455 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
