Fishing Reels Price in Vietnam (FOB) - 2022

The average fishing reels export price stood at $75,431 per ton in 2022, reducing by -3.3% against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +3.1%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when the average export price increased by 24%. The export price peaked at $77,986 per ton in 2021, and then dropped slightly in the following year.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($116,677 per ton), while the average price for exports to France ($71,363 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Germany (+7.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average fishing reels import price amounted to $70,706 per ton, leveling off at the previous year. Overall, import price indicated a prominent expansion from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +9.7% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, fishing reels import price decreased by -3.4% against 2020 indices. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 an increase of 38%. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $73,168 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
