In value terms, China ($167M), Italy ($152M) and Germany ($116M) were the countries with the highest levels of exports in 2022, together accounting for 57% of global exports. Turkey, Taiwan (Chinese), Spain, India, the United States and Switzerland lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 30%.
Turkey, with a CAGR of +14.5%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, among the main exporting countries over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Export Prices By Country
The average laundry machine export price stood at $6,840 per unit in 2022, with a decrease of -33.7% against the previous year. In general, the export price saw a abrupt setback.
