Mushroom and Truffle Price in Belarus (FOB) - 2022
In March 2022, the average mushroom and truffle export price amounted to $1,509 per ton, dropping by -7.1% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in July 2021 an increase of 92% m-o-m. The export price peaked at $4,734 per ton in August 2021; however, from September 2021 to March 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Average prices varied noticeably for the major overseas markets. In March 2022, the country with the highest price was Kazakhstan ($1,626 per ton), while the average price for exports to Russia amounted to $1,510 per ton.
From March 2021 to March 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Russia (+0.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

The average mushroom and truffle import price stood at $827 per ton in March 2022, declining by -19.1% against the previous month. In general, the import price recorded a perceptible decline. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in September 2021 an increase of 112% m-o-m. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $1,328 per ton. From October 2021 to March 2022, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Russia.
From March 2021 to March 2022, the rate of growth in terms of prices for Poland amounted to +1.3% per month.
