In February 2024, the average non-liquid margarine import price amounted to $1,083 per ton, falling by -4.4% against the previous month. In general, the import price continues to indicate a noticeable descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in October 2023 when the average import price increased by 4.6% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $1,542 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to February 2024, import prices failed to regain momentum.
As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Russia.
From February 2023 to February 2024, the rate of growth in terms of prices for Russia amounted to -1.7% per month.

In February 2024, the average non-liquid margarine export price amounted to $1,102 per ton, picking up by 7.3% against the previous month.
