The average onion export price stood at $544 per ton in June 2023, falling by -62.1% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, posted resilient growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2022 an increase of 215% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $1,630 per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to June 2023, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
