Paper Making Machinery Price in the Netherlands (FOB) - 2023
In June 2023, the average paper making machinery export price amounted to $135K per unit, standing approximately at the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in November 2022 an increase of 27% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $144K per unit in June 2022; afterwards, it flattened through to June 2023.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In June 2023, the country with the highest price was the UK ($280K per unit), while the average price for exports to Poland ($72,824 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (+6.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average paper making machinery import price amounted to $65,885 per unit, which is down by -5.8% against the previous year. Overall, the import price saw a slight shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 an increase of 30% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the peak figure at $80,433 per unit in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
