Poultry Price in the United States (FOB) - 2022
In 2022, the average poultry export price amounted to $1,402 per ton, with an increase of 10% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 an increase of 25% against the previous year. The export price peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Canada ($2,975 per ton), while the average price for exports to Georgia ($861 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
