Overall, the export price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in July 2023 an increase of 13% month-to-month. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $1,346 per ton. From August 2023 to April 2024, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In April 2024, the country with the highest price was Canada ($1,516 per ton), while the average price for exports to Lebanon ($619 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
