Price for Aluminium; Tubes and Pipes in Poland (CIF) - 2023
The average aluminium; tubes and pipes import price stood at $5,828 per ton in July 2023, approximately mirroring the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in September 2022 when the average import price increased by 12% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $7,471 per ton in January 2023; however, from February 2023 to July 2023, import prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In July 2023, the country with the highest price was Germany ($11,827 per ton), while the price for Lithuania ($3,634 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Belgium (+3.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average aluminium; tubes and pipes export price amounted to $11,097 per ton, increasing by 20% against the previous year. Overall, the export price showed a remarkable increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 an increase of 32%. The export price peaked in 2022 and is likely to continue growth in years to come.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Italy ($19,719 per ton), while the average price for exports to Hungary ($4,696 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Italy (+17.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
Imports of Aluminium; Tubes and Pipes in Poland
