The average animals; live, birds, psittaciformes export price stood at $36 per unit in 2022, surging by 1.6% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a noticeable setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 an increase of 80%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $101 per unit. From 2014 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Pakistan ($140 per unit), while the average price for exports to Turkey amounted to $34 per unit.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Pakistan (+18.7%).
