In general, the import price, however, continues to indicate a slight downturn. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 33% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $3,503 per ton in May 2023; however, from June 2023 to September 2023, import prices remained at a lower figure.
As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Moldova.
From February 2023 to September 2023, the rate of growth in terms of prices for the Netherlands amounted to -1.2% per month.
