The average import price for apricots, cherries, peaches (including nectarines), plums and sloes, freshes stood at $1,211 per ton in September 2023, waning by -9.2% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price, however, faced a deep contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in April 2023 when the average export price increased by 13% m-o-m. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $2,544 per ton. From May 2023 to September 2023, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
