The average export price for apricots, cherries, peaches (including nectarines), plums and sloes, freshes stood at $942 per ton in 2022, dropping by -6.8% against the previous year. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $2,402 per ton. From 2015 to 2022, the average export prices failed to regain momentum.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Kuwait ($3,630 per ton), while the average price for exports to Libya ($803 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
