In March 2024, the average export price for bed linen, table linen, toilet linen and kitchen linens amounted to $7.5 per unit, declining by -12.8% against the previous month. In general, the export price saw a mild reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2024 an increase of 32% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $9.6 per unit in May 2023; however, from June 2023 to March 2024, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In March 2024, the country with the highest price was France ($19.0 per unit), while the average price for exports to Bulgaria ($1.7 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
