In July 2023, the average calendar and calendar block export price amounted to $3,484 per ton, falling by -28.3% against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a noticeable shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2023 an increase of 73% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $7,216 per ton in November 2022; however, from December 2022 to July 2023, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was France ($27,000 per ton), while the average price for exports to the UK ($3,005 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to France (+15.8%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.

In 2022, the average calendar and calendar block import price amounted to $10,161 per ton, increasing by 7.4% against the previous year. Overall, the import price showed a measured increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when the average import price increased by 113%. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $15,128 per ton. From 2020 to 2022, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($21,229 per ton), while the price for India ($5,029 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by China (+10.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
Exports of Calendar and Calendar Block in Turkey
