In September 2023, the average import price for cereal grains; rolled or flaked, of oatses amounted to $953 per ton, therefore, remained relatively stable against the previous month. From January 2023 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Latvia (+0.4%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.

Over the period under review, the export price, however, continues to indicate a noticeable decrease. From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to North Macedonia (+3.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
