In September 2023, the average import price for cereal groats and meal; of wheats amounted to $718 per ton, falling by -9.2% against the previous month. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a mild descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in May 2023 an increase of 6.6% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $844 per ton in December 2022; however, from January 2023 to September 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
