In July 2023, the average import price for cereals; barley, other than seeds amounted to $203 per ton, reducing by -27.8% against the previous month. In general, the import price recorded a deep reduction. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $304 per ton. From April 2023 to July 2023, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.

As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Russia.
