The average import price for cermets; articles thereof, including waste and scrap stood at $91,408 per ton in 2022, growing by 36% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when the average import price increased by 77% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $102,838 per ton in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
