The average copper; powders and flakes import price stood at $21,026 per ton in June 2023, reducing by -47.4% against the previous month. In general, the import price, however, continues to indicate a prominent expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in April 2023 an increase of 372% m-o-m. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $45,033 per ton. From May 2023 to June 2023, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In June 2023, the country with the highest price was Germany ($22,067 per ton), while the price for Japan ($18,220 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
