Price for Coriander Seeds, Crushed or Ground in Russia (FOB) - 2022
The average export price for coriander seeds, crushed or ground stood at $516 per ton in January 2022, picking up by 6.7% against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in October 2021 an increase of 67% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $643 per ton in February 2021; however, from March 2021 to January 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In January 2022, the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($857 per ton), while the average price for exports to Georgia ($132 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From January 2021 to January 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Turkey (+13.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum at $4,674 per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($4,742 per ton), while the price for China ($1,495 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Austria (-2.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
