The average export price for engravings, prints and lithographs; originals stood at $181 per unit in 2022, rising by 2.4% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, saw a pronounced setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 an increase of 51%. The export price peaked at $289 per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Switzerland ($313 per unit), while the average price for exports to Guyana ($1.3 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Netherlands (+8.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when exports increased by 66%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at $241M in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
