The average export price for fabrics, woven; containing less than 85% by weight of non-textured polyester filamentses stood at $8.4 per square meter in June 2024, falling by -16% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a slight decrease. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in December 2023 an increase of 20% month-to-month. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum at $10.0 per square meter in July 2023; however, from August 2023 to June 2024, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Belgium ($14.7 per square meter), while the average price for exports to Syrian Arab Republic ($732 per thousand square meters) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2023 to June 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Uzbekistan (+9.9%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
