The average export price for fish; edible offal, other than shark fins, fish heads, tails and mawses stood at $6,643 per ton in 2022, rising by 10% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a mild descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 an increase of 150% against the previous year. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $13,323 per ton. From 2020 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
