In August 2023, the average import price for fresh or chilled lettuce, other than cabbage lettuce amounted to $3,176 per ton, picking up by 8.8% against the previous month. Overall, import price indicated slight growth from August 2022 to August 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +1.9% over the last twelve months.
