In December 2021, the average export price for fresh or chilled sheep (excluding lamb) carcasses and half-carcasseses amounted to $3,388 per ton, growing by 1.8% against the previous month. From January 2021 to December 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United Arab Emirates (+1.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
