The average import price for frozen raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black-, white- or red currants and gooseberrieses stood at $2,212 per ton in 2022, falling by -11.1% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, recorded a mild increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 an increase of 54%. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $2,488 per ton, and then declined in the following year.
Average prices varied somewhat amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Australia ($2,897 per ton), while the price for China stood at $2,041 per ton.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Bulgaria (+12.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

As there is only one major export destination, the average price level is determined by prices for Maldives.
