Over the period from November 2022 to November 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.7%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in July 2023 an increase of 29% m-o-m. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $6,089 per ton. From August 2023 to November 2023, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.
