In March 2024, the average export price for glassware; drinking glasses (not stemware), other than of lead crystal or glass-ceramicses amounted to $1.6 per unit, growing by 9.7% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a slight curtailment. The growth pace was the most rapid in October 2023 when the average export price increased by 58% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $1.9 per unit in August 2023; however, from September 2023 to March 2024, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In March 2024, the country with the highest price was Belgium ($8.5 per unit), while the average price for exports to Slovakia ($372 per thousand units) was amongst the lowest.

From April 2023 to March 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Poland (+9.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2024 an increase of 27% month-to-month. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $1.2 per unit. From February 2024 to March 2024, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
