The average import price for graphite; natural, in powder or in flakeses stood at $995 per ton in 2022, leveling off at the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, saw a mild contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when the average import price increased by 134% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $3,013 per ton in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
