In 2022, the average export price for halogenated derivatives of acyclic hydrocarbons containing two or more different halogens; chlorodifluoromethanes amounted to $2,187 per ton, growing by 45% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, saw a deep reduction. The export price peaked at $6,113 per ton in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Kazakhstan ($7,900 per ton), while the average price for exports to Japan amounted to $2,170 per ton.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Italy (+14.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, after three years of growth, there was significant decline in overseas shipments of halogenated derivatives of acyclic hydrocarbons containing two or more different halogens; chlorodifluoromethanes, when their volume decreased by -63.8% to 80 tons. Overall, exports, however, posted modest growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 164% against the previous year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of 220 tons, and then dropped notably in the following year.
In value terms, exports of halogenated derivatives of acyclic hydrocarbons containing two or more different halogens; chlorodifluoromethanes reduced rapidly to $174K in 2022. In general, exports, however, continue to indicate a pronounced expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when exports increased by 74%. As a result, the exports attained the peak of $333K, and then fell dramatically in the following year.
