In 2022, the average import price for harrows; (excluding disc), scarifiers, cultivators, weeders and hoeses amounted to $906 per unit, picking up by 9.5% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, showed a mild descent. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016 an increase of 108%. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $1,442 per unit. From 2017 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.

As a result, imports reached the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
