Overall, the import price, however, recorded a noticeable descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2024 an increase of 170% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $15.9 per unit in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to February 2024, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Hungary ($38.3 per unit), while the price for Poland ($1.7 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From February 2023 to February 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+0.8%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
