The average import price for liquefied petroleum gases other than propane, butanes, ethylene, propylene, butylene or butadienes stood at $4,167 per ton in 2022, surging by 19% against the previous year. In general, the import price saw a strong increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 an increase of 25% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $4,251 per ton. From 2020 to 2022, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.

Average prices varied somewhat amongst the major supplying countries.
