In November 2023, the average import price for lubricating oil additives; containing petroleum oils or oils obtained from bituminous mineralses amounted to $10,310 per ton, which is down by -54.5% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in January 2023 an increase of 188% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $22,671 per ton in October 2023, and then contracted notably in the following month.

Average prices varied somewhat amongst the major supplying countries. In November 2023, the countries with the highest prices were Croatia ($13,851 per ton) and Italy ($11,395 per ton), while the price for France ($9,432 per ton) and Germany ($10,314 per ton) were amongst the lowest.
