In December 2022, the average export price for monophenols; octylphenol, nonylphenol and their isomers, salts thereoves amounted to $1,930 per ton, with an increase of 7.7% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in April 2022 an increase of 9.8% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $2,281 per ton in May 2022; however, from June 2022 to December 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied noticeably for the major foreign markets. In December 2022, the highest price was recorded for prices to Argentina ($2,150 per ton) and Chile ($2,123 per ton), while the average price for exports to China ($1,805 per ton) and India ($1,886 per ton) were amongst the lowest.

From December 2021 to December 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to India (+1.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
