Price for New Pneumatic Tyres, of Rubber in India (FOB) - 2022
In February 2022, the average export price for new pneumatic tyres, of rubbers amounted to $56.7 per unit, approximately equating the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in April 2021 when the average export price increased by 7.5% month-to-month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $56.8 per unit. From May 2021 to February 2022, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably for the major overseas markets. In February 2022, the countries with the highest prices were Bangladesh ($58.9 per unit) and the Netherlands ($58.2 per unit), while the average price for exports to Indonesia ($51.8 per unit) and the Philippines ($51.8 per unit) were amongst the lowest.
From March 2021 to February 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Saudi Arabia (+1.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average import price for new pneumatic tyres, of rubbers stood at $61.4 per unit in February 2022, almost unchanged from the previous month. The import price peaked in February 2022.
Average prices varied somewhat amongst the major supplying countries.
