The average import price for newspapers, journals and periodicals, appearing at least four times a week stood at $2,242 per ton in 2022, with an increase of 133% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, saw a noticeable setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 when the average import price increased by 341% against the previous year.
