In February 2024, the average import price for nickel; plates, sheets, strip and foils amounted to $56,496 per ton, growing by 82% against the previous month. Overall, the import price posted a resilient increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in August 2023 an increase of 128% against the previous month. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $74,177 per ton. From September 2023 to February 2024, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
