The average non-tanker trailer and semi-trailers import price stood at $3,232 per unit in January 2024, falling by -4.3% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in October 2023 an increase of 45% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $4,869 per unit in July 2023; afterwards, it flattened through to January 2024.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the United States ($5,575 per unit), while the price for Canada ($1,464 per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From January 2023 to January 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by China (+1.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
