The average export price for nuts, edible; pistachios, fresh or dried, shelleds stood at $16,321 per ton in 2022, with an increase of 6.5% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, saw a noticeable curtailment. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 when the average export price increased by 7.8%. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $23,770 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
