In October 2023, the average export price for offal, edible; of bovine animals, tongues, frozens amounted to $8,508 per ton, with an increase of 19% against the previous month. Over the period from October 2022 to October 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.3%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in March 2023 when the average export price increased by 32% month-to-month. The export price peaked at $9,363 per ton in June 2023; however, from July 2023 to October 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the United States ($11,067 per ton), while the average price for exports to Turkey ($5,824 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From October 2022 to October 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Israel (+1.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
