The average export price for oils, essential; of lemon (terpeneless or not), including concretes and absoluteses stood at $5,185 per ton in April 2024, declining by -28.7% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a pronounced decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in December 2023 an increase of 124% m-o-m. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $13,191 per ton. From January 2024 to April 2024, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied somewhat for the major export markets. In April 2024, the countries with the highest prices were China ($6,389 per ton) and Zambia ($5,148 per ton), while the average price for exports to Zimbabwe ($4,874 per ton) and Italy ($4,899 per ton) were amongst the lowest.
