The average export price for petroleum resins, coumarone, indene or coumarone-indene resins and polyterpenes; in primary formses stood at $1,474 per ton in December 2023, picking up by 5.3% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in May 2023 an increase of 7.3% month-to-month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $1,478 per ton; afterwards, it flattened through to December 2023.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In December 2023, the country with the highest price was the United States ($1,925 per ton), while the average price for exports to Thailand ($1,274 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From December 2022 to December 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (+3.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
